Your school benefits through us—free of charge—by gaining additional recognition from world-renowned governing bodies, including the BJJLF, JJGF, IBJJF, USFBJJ, and others.
- Professional Communication Tools:
Use effective communication tools (marketing tools) to promote your school (website, flyers, posters, business cards, etc.)—we can help you with all of these at affordable rates. If you need additional tools, just ask!
- Personal Training:
Take advantage of the opportunity to train at the main dojo in Zurich! The head instructor of the partner school is always welcome to attend our ICP seminars in Zurich (free of charge).
Of course, his assistant instructors are also welcome to join so that he has the best possible support back home—prices as per a separate announcement.
Learn, teach, and certify your members with our GC system. You’ll benefit from a variety of training opportunities: the ICP Instructor Certification Program, preparation for black belt certifications, master classes with prominent BJJ experts, and much more!

Benefit from Master Franco Vacirca’s extensive experience through valuable advice on technical aspects, teaching methods, or the professional management of your school—over 35 years of G/BJJ experience are at your disposal.

Take advantage of our new Online University, featuring hundreds of short instructional videos, PDFs, and much more. Every network member receives free access to the Gracie Concepts® Online University with their license.
Obligations and Guidelines – You agree to the following:
- Register yourself and your members starting on your first day of training with us:
The next registration must be completed by November 1 of each year at the latest for the following calendar year.
- The initial registration fee for your school (team) is EUR 600 / CHF 700, which corresponds to 10 student licenses:
Starting in the second calendar year, you must purchase at least 20+ student licenses.
- Starting in the third (3rd) yearand in every subsequent year, all of your G/BJJ members must be registered with us: Regardless of age, gender, or belt rank, everyone must obtain the annual student license.
The annual license fee is EUR 60 per person (CHF 70.00 per person in Switzerland/Liechtenstein). An Excel spreadsheet will be provided so that you can enter all the necessary information, including details for online university access.
- A high-level GJJ seminar at your location:
As an official dojo/gym (with 20+ members), you have the opportunity to book Prof. Franco for an exclusive seminar at your school.
The cost for a one-day seminar is currently EUR/CHF 1,100.00, including belt exams and belt certifications, excluding travel and accommodation costs.
An additional seminar day (for three more hours) brings the cost of the two-day seminar to EUR/CHF 1,600.00.
Travel expenses must be paid at least four (4) weeks before the seminar date so that we can definitively confirm the seminar.
- Dojo Rules and Belt Promotion Guidelines:
When you join Gracie Concepts®, you represent its image and brand and must adhere to our basic rules.
The belt ranks were established by Prof. Franco, under the supervision of Grandmaster Pedro Hemetério (RIP), to uphold the jiu-jitsu standards set by Grandmaster Hélio Gracie.
- Please follow the dress code:
You must always wear the official kimono (gi)—pants and jacket in the same color; this also applies to your members. Wearing the kimono should be mandatory in every G/BJJ dojo starting with the third training session.
During master classes, only a “white kimono” may be worn; please always follow the instructions in the seminar flyers.
- Use of the GC Name and Logo:
You agree to comply with the graphic guidelines (logo/symbol) and never to alter or misuse the official Gracie Concepts® logo. The sole owner of the GC logo is Professor Franco Vacirca, based in Zurich.
If you wish to use the Gracie Concepts® logo for merchandise, printed materials, your website, etc., you must first send a sample (proof or draft) to Gracie Concepts® HQ so that it can be reviewed and the project approved in writing.
