Lieber Schulleiter, Trainer und Instruktor,

vielen Dank für dein Interesse an unserem Gracie Concepts® – Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Network Europe! Hier ein paar wichtige Details zur Antragsstellung, um bei uns aufgenommen zu werden:

1. Ich schätze dich als professionelle und zuverlässige Person und Trainer. Das ist für eine Kooperation zwischen uns beiden sehr wichtig und der Grund, weshalb ich dich und dein Team sehr gerne in mein Netzwerk Gracie Concepts® aufnehmen werde.

2. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass alle unsere Dojo-/Schul-Partner uns zu 100 % vertreten. Deshalb ist es auch wichtig – unabhängig davon, ob du andere Stile/Schulen vertrittst –, dass du das Gracie-Concepts®-Programm (54 Klassen) vermittelst.

Dies muss professionell und gemäss unseren hohen VB/Vacirca-Brothers-Unterrichtsstandards erfolgen.

Dazu bekommst du und deine lizenzierten Mitglieder/Schüler von uns exklusiven Zugang zur Gracie Concepts® Online University (siehe https://graciejiujitsu.mykajabi.com), damit das komplette 54-Klassen-Programm vermittelt werden kann.

3. Finanziell verpflichtest du dich, dass jedes Mitglied bzw. jeder Schüler*in, der bei dir BJJ/GJJ gemäss dem Gracie-Concepts®-Programm trainiert und später zertifiziert werden will, eine jährliche Schülerlizenz bezieht. Diese Lizenz kostet 60 Euro pro Schüler und Jahr (gültig vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember).

Mit dieser jährlichen Lizenz erhalten alle unsere Mitglieder einen Gracie Concepts® Online-Zugang und die Möglichkeit, sich kostenlos bei mir prüfen und zertifizieren zu lassen.

4. Als Gracie-Concepts-Vertreter hast du die Verpflichtung, dich bei mir oder einem meiner ICP-Ambassadors aus- und weiterzubilden. Das “ICP/Instructor Certification Program” wird derzeit in der Schweiz, Spanien und Deutschland angeboten.

Die Termine für die ICP-Seminare und -Trainingstage werden auf unserer Homepage www.graciejiujitsu.eu (Seminars, Camps, ICP, etc.) bekannt gegeben. Dies gilt auch für die Intensiv-Wochenenden und das Trainingscamp in Gandia/Valencia, Fuerteventura, Berlin und Zürich.

Bitte beachte, dass die ICP-Preise von den Gastgebern festgelegt werden. Reise- und Übernachtungskosten sowie Verpflegung sind niemals enthalten. Gerne komme ich auch zu dir, aber dies ist nicht immer möglich. Diese Variante müssen wir dann separat absprechen und organisieren.

5. Du kannst auch gerne an anderen Seminaren teilnehmen, die nichts mit uns (Gracie Concepts®) zu tun haben. Diese werden dir jedoch nicht für deine Gracie Concepts-Ausbildung angerechnet. Nur von Gracie Concepts® organisierte Kurse werden an deiner Ausbildung bei uns angerechnet.

Auch die Nutzung anderer (zusätzlicher) Online-Kurse (Rickson Gracie Academy, Gracie University etc.) ist für uns in Ordnung, aber uns ist viel wichtiger, dass du unser Gracie-Concepts®-Programm kennst, beherrscht und anwendest, da nur so du und deine Leute von mir/uns Gracie Concepts® offiziell graduiert werden können.

6. Deine aktuelle BJJ-/GJJ-Graduierung kannst du behalten, egal woher sie kommt und unabhängig davon, wer dich zuletzt graduiert hat. Wir bestätigen jedoch keine externen Graduierungen.

In den kommenden Monaten werden wir uns ganz bestimmt bei mir, bei dir oder bei einem meiner zahlreichen Seminare treffen, sodass ich die Gelegenheit haben werde, dich zu evaluieren und deinen aktuellen Gürtelgrad zu beurteilen. Deshalb ist es äusserst wichtig, dass du am 54-Klassen-Programm arbeitest, am besten gleich mit deinen eigenen BJJ/GJJ-Schüler*innen.

Die nächste offizielle Graduierung, findet in der Regel, ca. zwei Jahre später, nach unserem ersten persönlichen Treffen. Die Gracie Concepts®-Graduierungen für Trainer und Instruktoren finden immer an einem ICP-Standort oder in Zürich (HQ) statt. Die Einladung erfolgt durch mich oder einen meiner ICP-Ambassadors in deiner Region. Alle Graduierungen bei Gracie Concepts® finden ausschliesslich durch mich und/oder meinen Bruder Demetrio statt.

7. Als Dojo/Partnerschule wirst du erst anerkannt, wenn du mindestens 20 Schülerlizenzen pro Jahr erwerben kannst. Andernfalls wirst du und deine Schüler (provisorisch) über den Gracie Concepts®-Hauptsitz in Zürich aufgenommen.

Sobald du 20 Personen als offizielle Gracie-Concepts®-Schüler*innen angemeldet hast, profitierst du (als Schulleiter/Ausbilder) auch von einigen zusätzlichen Gracie Concepts®-Dienstleistungen… später mehr dazu!

Wir unterscheiden die Gracie-Concepts®-Trainer und -Instruktoren wie folgt:

Affiliates:

– Trainer sind Blaugurt-, Violett- und Braungurt-Träger.

– Instruktoren sind Schwarzgurte.

Associates:

– Full Instructor sind Schwarzgurte mit 2. Dan (Grau)

– Senior Instructor sind Schwarzgurt mit 5. Grad (Grau, Titel Prof. de JJ).

– Ambassador sind ICP-Instruktoren, die unter meiner persönlichen Supervision stehen.

Du erhältst in den kommenden Stunden von mir den Zugang zur Gracie Concepts® Online-Plattform, sofern ich deine E-Mail-Adresse bereits habe. Sollte ich sie noch nicht haben, schicke sie mir am besten gleich per E-Mail zu (an vacircabrothersjiujitsu@gmail.com) oder WhatsApp (+41794150808).

Starte gleich mit der ersten Lektion gemäss dem 54-Klassen-Programm. Sobald du die zehnte Lektion abgeschlossen hast, kontaktiere mich per WhatsApp, damit wir einen ersten „Face-to-Face“-Call machen und uns kurz austauschen können.

Schritt zwei – Building a strong base!

Gemeinsam wollen wir auch in deiner Region eine starke Community aufbauen. Deshalb möchte ich unbedingt eine direkte Verbindung zu dir aufbauen, auch wenn du das Programm an einem anderen ICP-Standort absolvierst.

Alle sechs bis acht Wochen wollen wir miteinander telefonieren und den “Stand der Dinge” besprechen, sodass du schon sehr bald den definierten Erfolg erzielen kannst. Ich bzw. wir alle von Gracie Concepts® stehen an deiner Seite.

In der Zwischenzeit warte ich geduldig auf deine E-Mail und den Fragebogen, den ich dir mit separater E-Mail zukommen lasse, damit wir mehr über dich und deine Schule erfahren und dich auch auf unseren Webseiten und in den sozialen Medien vorstellen können.

Dear Headmaster, Coach, and Instructor

Thank you for your interest in our Gracie Concepts® – Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Network Europe! Here are a few important details about applying to join us:

1. I value you as a professional and reliable person and trainer. This is very important for our collaboration and the reason why I am very happy to welcome you and your team into my Gracie Concepts® network.

2. It is very important that all our Dojo/school partners represent us 100%. That is why it is also important—regardless of whether you represent other styles/schools—that you teach the Gracie Concepts® program (54 classes).

This must be done professionally and in accordance with our high VB/Vacirca Brothers teaching standards.

To this end, you and your licensed members/students will receive exclusive access to Gracie Concepts® Online University (see https://graciejiujitsu.mykajabi.com) so that the complete 54-class program can be taught.

3. Financially, you commit to ensuring that every member or student who trains with you in BJJ/GJJ according to the Gracie Concepts® program and later wishes to be certified obtains an annual student license. This license costs €60 per student per year (valid from January 1 to December 31).

With this annual license, all our members receive Gracie Concepts® online access and the opportunity to be tested and certified by me free of charge.

4. As a Gracie Concepts® representative, you are obligated to undergo training and further education with me or one of my ICP ambassadors. The “ICP/Instructor Certification Program” is currently offered in Switzerland, Spain, and Germany.

The dates for the ICP seminars and training days will be announced on our homepage www.graciejiujitsu.eu (Seminars, Camps, ICP, etc.). This also applies to the intensive weekends and the training camp in Gandia/Valencia, Fuerteventura, Berlin, and Zurich.

Please note that ICP prices are set by the hosts. Travel and accommodation costs as well as meals are never included. I am also happy to come to you, but this is not always possible. We will then have to discuss and organize this option separately.

5. You are also welcome to participate in other seminars that are not affiliated with us (Gracie Concepts®). However, these will not count toward your Gracie Concepts® training. Only courses organized by Gracie Concepts® will count toward your training with us.

We also have no problem with you using other (additional) online courses (Rickson Gracie Academy, Gracie University, etc.), but it is much more important to us that you know, master, and apply our Gracie Concepts® program, as this is the only way you and your people can be officially graduated by me/us at Gracie Concepts®.

6. You can keep your current BJJ/GJJ graduation, regardless of where it comes from and who last graduated you. However, we do not confirm external graduations.

In the coming months, we will definitely meet at my place, yours, or at one of my numerous seminars, so that I will have the opportunity to evaluate you and assess your current belt level. That is why it is extremely important that you work on the 54-class program, preferably with your own BJJ/GJJ students.

The next official graduation usually takes place approximately two years later, after our first personal meeting. Gracie Concepts® graduations for trainers and instructors always take place at an ICP location or in Zurich (HQ). The invitation will be sent by me or one of my ICP ambassadors in your region. All graduations at Gracie Concepts® are conducted exclusively by me and/or my brother Demetrio.

7. You will only be recognized as a Dojo/partner school if you can acquire at least 20 student licenses per year. Otherwise, you and your students will be (provisionally) accepted through the Gracie Concepts® headquarters in Zurich.

Once you have registered 20 people as official Gracie Concepts® students, you (as school director/instructor) will also benefit from some additional Gracie Concepts® services… more on that later!

We distinguish between Gracie Concepts® trainers and instructors as follows:

Affiliates:

– Trainers are blue, purple, and brown belt holders.

– Instructors are black belts.

Associates:

– Full Instructors are black belts with 2nd Dan (Grau)

– Senior Instructors are black belts with 5th degree (Grau, title Prof. de JJ).

– Ambassadors are ICP instructors who are under my personal supervision.

Step one – let’s get started!

In the next few hours, I will send you access to the Gracie Concepts® online platform, provided I already have your email address. If I don’t have it yet, please send it to me by email (vacircabrothersjiujitsu@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+41794150808).

Start right away with the first lesson according to the 54-class program. Once you have completed the tenth lesson, contact me via WhatsApp so that we can make a first “face-to-face” call and briefly exchange ideas.

Step two – Building a strong base!

Together, we want to build a strong community in your region. That’s why I really want to establish a direct connection with you, even if you are completing the program at another ICP location.

Every six to eight weeks, we want to talk on the phone and discuss the “state of affairs” so that you can achieve the defined success very soon. I, and all of us at Gracie Concepts, are here to support you.

In the meantime, I will patiently wait for your email and the questionnaire, which I will send you in a separate email, so that we can learn more about you and your school and also introduce you on our websites and social media.
