GRACIE CONCEPTS^® PARTNER SCHOOL MEMBERSHIP

By joining the GRACIE CONCEPTS® – GRACIE JIU-JITSU NETWORK EUROPE, you will benefit from several advantages, in return for which you will have to meet certain obligations. Your advantages include but are not limited to:

A strong reputation: benefit from very high visibility thanks to the Gracie Concepts® network of more than 45+ clubs already established around Europe.

An exclusive brand: benefit from the image of a prestigious Dojo whose teaching comes directly from its founders – the Vacirca Brothers.

A recognized course: your school (Dojo/Gym/Club) is affiliated through us additionally to the world-famous JIU-JITSU GLOBAL FEDERATION (established personally by master Rickson Gracie).

Communication tools: take advantage of effective communication tools to promote your school (website, flyers, posters, business cards, etc.). If you need additional tools, ask for it!

Personal training and support: take advantage to train (at no extra charge) at Gracie Concepts® HQ-Dojo. Your school is welcome at any time to our ICP workshops. Learn, teach, and certify your students with our system. You will have the possibility of following various training courses (ICP/instructor certification program, preparation for Black belt diplomas, Master classes, training in management, etc.).

The expertise of Vacirca Brothers: benefit from all the experience of the Vacirca Brothers, Franco and Demetrio, through valuable advice on the technical level or in terms of pedagogy or concerning the management of your school in a professional level.

Professional assistance: take advantage of exceptional training, materials, equipment and accessories, or even Online support, and learning materials (Online University, Vacirca Brothers DVDs, educational books, etc.) to offer to your students. Network members (teachers and students alike) with an annual license have (free-of-charge) access to the Gracie Concepts® Online University.

YOU AGREE TO:

Register your yourself and your BJJ – GJJ students with us! The affiliation registration must be renewed not later of November 1 of each year. The first registration fee will be EUR 1200.- / CHF 1400.- (equal to 20 student licenses).

You also agree to host a seminar conducted by Professor Franco Vacirca, a BJJ Coral Belt 7th Degree, at least once per year. Two or more schools from the same area/region may also host the seminar together with written approval from the GC Headquarters in advance. The cost for a one-day seminar is 1200 EUR and includes three hours of teaching, belt testing and grading, and belt certifications for the new graduation. An additional day will cost 700 EUR for three hours. Additional expenses include travel costs (round trip), hotel accommodations, and food and beverages during the professor’s stay. These extras must be paid at least two weeks before the seminar date to confirm it.

From 2^nd year and each year after, you and your Jiu-Jitsu students must be registered with us! Regardless of age, sex, and belt rank, everyone is required to hold the annual student license. The annual license fee is EUR 60,00 per person (in Switzerland/Lichtenstein, CHF 70.- per person).

Respect the Dojo rules and Grading regulations: you engage the image of the Gracie Concepts® by joining it, you must be irreproachable on the basic principles. Belt grades were defined by the Vacirca Brothers under the supervision of great Grandmaster Pedro Hemetério (RIP) to achieve and maintain the required highest standards as established by the great Grandmaster Hélio Gracie.

Respect the Gracie Concepts® dress code: you must wear and impose on your students the official (white, blue or black) Gi dress code (pants and jacket always same color). This must be compulsory from the 3rd lesson. During Master classes only WHITE Gi is allowed to be wearing.

Use of the Gracie Concepts® name and logo: you agree to respect the graphic charter (logo/symbol) and not to make any changes without the written permission of the solely owner Professor Franco Vacirca. If you wish to use the Gracie Concepts® logo for merchandising, printing material, homepage, etc., you must send first a copy (sample or draft) to the Gracie Concepts® HQ-Offices, for evaluation and written approval (good to print/use). Brand/Name and Logo are solely owned by Prof. Franco Vacirca and Prof. Demetrio Meillaud.
